PTO
The Parkview Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a volunteer nonprofit organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff. By your student attending Parkview Elementary, you're already a member of our PTO-no dues or fees to be paid. We encourage you to be involved, build community and be in the know. With your help, the PTO supports various activities and programs throughout the school year. Money raised funds field trips, 5th grade science camp, classroom enrichment, and supports the STEM Lab, Library and Wellness Center. In addition to supporting programs and activities, we sponsor fun events like Parkview Palooza, the Fall Harvest Festival, monthly PBIS store (where students spend their Paw Bucks), Popsicle Friday and Teacher Appreciation Week.
Our general PTO meetings are typically the first Thursday of every other month at 6 PM. We meet in the Multipurpose Room (MPR) and free childcare is provided. If you can't attend the meetings or if you have any comments, questions or suggestions, feel free to email: chicoparkviewpto@gmail.com
